Kata Kunci: Kalkulator grafik; Pembelajaran matematik; Meta-Analisis; Teknologi; Pengetahuan Teknologi Pedagogi Kandungan With the impact of rapid technological advances in education today, graphing calculators have become one choice for the teachers in teaching and learning mathematics. This study aimed to synthesize findings on the effectiveness of graphing calculators in teaching and learning mathematics and to review the factors that affect its use in teaching and learning mathematics. Literature selection criteria are publications between 1995 and 2015, using graphing calculators as a method of intervention, the experimental study design, and having the data to calculate effect sizes. The findings show that interventions in teaching and learning mathematics using graphics calculators have a positive and statistically significant effect, i.e., having significant changes in most of the results through learning outcomes based on achievement, awareness metacognitive, understanding, and attitude. The results show learning outcomes-based performance and understanding-based-based attitude has a significant effect based on the value of effect sizes obtained is in the range of 0.80 and above (≥ 0.80). For the learning outcome of meta-cognitive, results showed a moderate impact where the value of the impact's size is from 0.50 up to 0.79. For learning outcome-based-mental capacity, on the other hand, it leads to the effect that the value of the effect is 0.49 and below range (≤ 0.49). Implications of the study are discussed to increase the impact of teaching and learning with the graphing calculator.Key Words: Graphic calculator; Mathematics Learning; Meta-Analysis; Technology; Technological Pedagogical Content KnowledgeDownloads
